Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, a defective item, or an item damaged due to shipping, please contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

When purchasing items through our website, we offer a cooling-off period of 0-24 hours, depending on the product category. During this period, you may contact us to request the cancellation of your order. Please note that after the cooling-off period ends, the order will be locked by our system, and we will be unable to cancel or refund it. Additionally, handmade items, lottery prizes, special sale items, custom products, special categories such as blind boxes, and limited-time sale items are not eligible for the cooling-off period.

Exchanges

You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item and provide relevant pictures as evidence. Please note that exchange requests made without prior approval or outside the specified time frame will not be accepted. Considering that some of our items are handmade, we will replace them with the same or a similar item.

Refunds

If you provide the correct order number and banking information, the refund process will begin once your refund request is approved. Typically, you will receive your refund within 30 days (it usually does not take that long). If you have not received your refund after an extended period, please contact us, and we will assist you. Please note that if the refund is due to customer-initiated reasons, we will charge a processing fee of 10% of the total order amount to cover supplier costs and related fees.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items valued over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due to differences in photography equipment, lighting conditions, and the display devices you use, the colors, shapes, and details presented on the website may vary slightly, and the actual product shall prevail. The size references for products on our website are based on manual measurements, and there may be slight discrepancies. When making your purchase, please be aware of these potential issues, as they do not constitute grounds for refunds or exchanges.
